Information from the Head of the Sejny Commune
The head of the Sejny Commune informs about the possibility of submitting applications for the reduction of the width of the protection zone from the shorelines of lakes and rivers, in force in the Protected Landscape Area “POJEZIERZE SEJNEŃSKIE”
Until April 30, 2021 for real estate for which there is a need to reduce the protection line from water reservoirs, it can be submitted to the Sejny Commune Office, ul. Jerzego Grodzińskiego 1, 16-500 Sejny
Applications are available at the seat of the Sejny Commune Office and on the website of the Public Information Bulletin (https://bip.ug.sejny.wrotapodlasia.pl/) in the “spatial planning” tab. The applications are also available for download on the website of the Sejny Commune in the “Local spatial development plans” tab.
Carelessly completed applications (lack of proper justification, no marking of the water reservoir) and applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
